Every year, Hope CommUnity Center hosts its Toy Sale to bring Christmas cheer to children around Apopka and Central Florida. New, unwrapped toys are donated to HCC and sold at discounted prices to parents. By selling toys, instead of giving toys out for free, parents can choose what toys to give their kids, feel dignified [...]

This Saturday, HCC opened a new semester at the Citizenship Orientation. We were accompanied by USCIS and Catholic Charities, who answered questions to new and existing students about the Pathways to Citizenship. Thank you everyone who made it out! Last Friday, Sin Fronteras Youth Group members performed in HCC's annual Posada, held at Chalet North in Apopka. The Youth Group, along with HCC staff and Chalet North community members, walked around the neighborhood with music and candlelight to recreate Mary and Joseph traveling in search of a room to birth their baby, Jesus.
