Hope CommUnity Center offers affirming LGBTQ+ support and referral services through our Social Services Department. We provide non-clinical individual peer support, referrals to gender-affirming healthcare, legal name change services, LGBTQ+ affirming mental health providers, and gender-affirming clothing resources. We also assist with SNAP and Medicaid applications. Our goal is to ensure LGBTQ+ community members feel supported, connected, and affirmed every step of the way.

QTIs is a welcoming community space where Queer & Trans Immigrants come together to rest, share stories, and support one another. Rooted in collective care, QTIs offers connection, resource sharing, and gentle pathways into advocacy for those who wish to engage. This monthly space exists to nurture belonging, resilience, and joy.

QTI Voices Rising is a Queer and Trans Immigrant–led committee focused on uplifting QTI voices through community building, storytelling, and healing-centered engagement. Members collaborate to share resources, develop leadership, and take part in advocacy efforts that promote dignity, visibility, and collective liberation.
