DACA Update

Attention DACA applicants!

Due to federal court orders, United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) is accepting applications from anyone who was previously granted DACA. USCIS is not accepting first-time or initial DACA requests from those who have never held DACA.

Those whose deferred action expired over a year ago may request DACA under the court order. Individuals whose DACA expired or was terminated before September 5, 2016, must apply as initial applicants and include the required supporting evidence. Those whose DACA expired on September 5, 2016 or later may request DACA as renewal applicants and should follow the instructions for renewal requests.

There are no new regulations for DACA yet. You can still renew DACA.

Atención a DACA!

Debido a ordenes de Cortes Federales, el Servicio de Ciudadanía e Inmigración de los Estados Unidos (USCIS) está aceptando las solicitudes de quienes fueron aprobados para DACA anteriormente. USCIS no está aceptando solicitudes iniciales.

Aquellos que fueron aprobados para DACA, pero expiró hace más de un año pueden solicitar DACA. Aquellas personas que el DACA haya expirado antes de septiembre 5, 2016 pueden presentar una solicitud inicial con la evidencia correspondiente. Aquellos que DACA expiró en septiembre 5, 2016 o después de esa fecha podrán solicitar la renovación siguiendo las instrucciones para renovar.

No hay nuevas regulaciones para DACA.  Usted puede aún renovar.
